All prices are inclusive of shipping. As soon as your order ships out, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

We ship with various carriers, including but not limited to: PUROLATOR, FEDEX, UPS, DHL.

Canada and USA Deliveries: Please allow up to 1-2 weeks depending on destination.

Some purchases may be subject to VAT and tariff depending on local import laws. Our pricing does not include these extra costs. We encourage our customers to check local taxes and duties before ordering.

All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays.

We try our best to accomodate modifications however, it may not be possible to modify pieces that are already in production. Once your order is in production you will receive an email notification.

Should you wish to customize the size of one of our pieces, simply add a comment in the NOTE section of your order with your specifications. 

Customized orders may be subject to additional fees.

We hope you love your Reunion Interiors piece, but understand life happens! As each item is handcrafted to order, we are only able to offer a full refund on items before production has begun.  Once your order is in production you will receive an email notification.

Should you wish to exchange your order for another item after receiving it, or after it has already entered production, the returned item(s) may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the purchaser will be responsible for return shipping costs.

All items being exchanged/returned must be in new condition.

Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable if item(s) has already been shipped/delivered.

Custom designed pieces are not eligible for exchange or return.

We understand that when you invest in our furniture, you're investing in quality heirloom pieces. We also acknowledge that purchasing furniture online can be overwhelming and are pleased to offer Warranty Coverage.

It is our promise to you:

• If your order isn’t built the color, size, or style that you ordered - we will fix it!

• If your furniture arrives damaged - we will make it right!

60-Day Warranty Coverage:

Our warranty covers a period of sixty days that begins at the time of receipt of the order being delivered. If a shipping or manufacturing defect is discovered during this period, it is important you notify Reunion Interiors immediately. At our sole discretion, we will repair or replace, any piece that is defective.

This warranty does not include damages to property or person caused by misuse, improper installation, or lack of care. Any modifications done by the consumer or other parties will void this warranty.

While we would love to offer a comprehensive warranty on our products, we are not able to due to the variances in individual homes that can affect natural wood. Please see our Care & Maintenance section for more information.

Taking good care of your solid wood furniture will ensure that you can enjoy its beauty and functionality for many years to come!

Cleaning:

• Furniture is to be cleaned with a simple soft, damp cloth, using mild dish detergent (only if necessary).  We do not recommend any abrasive cleaning products or cleaning pads.

Protecting your items:

• Keep piece(s) in a temperature-controlled environment. Indoor humidity levels should ideally be between 35% and 45%.

• Do not place furniture directly in front of windows or continuous direct sunlight. heat or air conditioning vents, radiators or fireplaces.

• Wood may expand and contract due to changes in temperature and humidity.
